Certification program
Often a given staff member is the AT Internet referral representative within a department or an agency. It is therefore important that these advanced users have an excellent command of our services so as to guarantee perfect reliability in the data collected as so as to use and distribute it as best.
Our certification program therefore makes it possible to:
- Gain an excellent functional and technical understanding of the analyses of our solutions
- Be able to fully manage a website, building on the best practices in Web analysis
- Be able to define and evolve complex content mark up (mobiles sites, AJAX, Intranet, etc…)
- Train other users on our solutions
- Become a priority contact with our support team
- Be informed on a priority basis on updates to our products and to gain privileged participation rights in our new function Beta Tests
- Take part on a priority basis in the events held by AT Internet and dedicated to the top user community
AT Internet user certification is issued after attending one week (over five half days) of technical and functional training sessions, and then successfully passing a theoretical and practical exam. Certified users can therefore pass on their knowledge of AT Internet solutions independently within an IT services or marketing type structure. This certification program is only aimed at team members with a solid grounding in web marketing and web analytics.
AT Internet certified users are automatically informed of improvements to our services (updates, upgrades, new analyses and new products) and are bound to attend at least one refresher session every year.
