Dashboards are generally viewed online, using a web or mobile interface , so as to take advantage of real-time updates. Dashboards are also often generated in Microsoft Excel format. By installing an addin to Microsoft Excel, on the client station, it is also possible to create dashboards with information (lists and KPIs) that are updated at a click, directly from the Excel interface, without first having to connect to the solution interface. Updating may cover real-time data such as cumulative totals for the current month or quarter, for example.
Reports may comprise virtually all of the data that is typically measured and returned by the interface. There is no limit to the number of pages, nor to the number of graphics and indicators. Reports can be created in a number of formats: PDF (Acrobat Reader), DOC (Microsoft Word, in native format and not in RTF), in Excel format. It is also easy, simply using a copy-paste action, to quickly create Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. All of the reports can be customized in the customer's colors by integrating a company logo.
Lastly, it is also possible to create on-off or scheduled exports at regular frequencies, and this with just a few clicks. Any data exported in this way is stored in XLS, CSV or XML type files and published in a private area on AT Internet servers, sent by email as an attachment or placed on an FTP/sFTP server, directly at the customer end or at AT Internet for retrieval later.
