This module allows users to segment data with an unrivalled flexibility and speed, providing detailed investigation on the sites audiences and establishes behaviour rules that can contribute to site performance improvements. Flexible and intuitive: create segments on-the-fly, using intuitive drag and drop functionality. Users of the DataExplorer module can create as many segments as required, without the need to involve the IT department or AT Internet. Segments can be saved for future use and can be found in the Digital WorkSpaceNX dashboard.

Powerful segmentation: users of this module can create segments with an almost unlimited level of detail, DataExplorer allows users to segment data on every variable captured and to cross-analyse segments against each other, seeing real-time data results.  Segmentation functionality can also be used to identify visitor profiles in order to serve targeted dynamic content or adverts on site, driving up website conversion performance.

Conduct Segment based behavioural analysis: Do your segments behave in a uniform way? The DataExplorer module allows for behavioural analysis by segment, do visitors scroll down the page to a particular place (shown by scroll view), do they interact with the site differently (shown via heat maps), do they respond differently to Multi-Variate testing?

Database connectivity: Bi-directional API’s allow data to be stored, transferred and analysed from third party solutions such as data warehouses, CRM systems, email providers etc. without damaging the integrity of data. This allows campaign managers to see not only the success of, for example, an email in its own right (delivered, opens & CTR’s etc.) but also the impact on the website and any subsequent conversions, all in one place.

Export & Add-ins: DataExplorer allows users to export their reports and analysis quickly and easily to excel without loss of formatting.
