In 1995 Alain Llorens, chairman, launched AT Internet as a web agency. He was a pioneer when the web was in its infancy. Realizing he could leverage his experience of cost-effectively creating web sites, he then refocused AT Internet to become a web analytics company in 1997.
AT Internet began providing affordable, integrated, clear and independent solutions that helped its customers to measure, monitor and analyse their web sites.

AT Internet has become a unique company where the founding members are still at the helm and where in a very volatile industry, no senior managers have ever left the company. AT Internet is still a family owned and profitable company with a very strong customer base.
Today AT Internet has over 3500 customers and 130 employees around the world.
In 2011 AT Internet was recognised by Forrester Research, Inc, an independent research firm, as being among the top providers of Web Analytics solutions.
The results of “The Forrester WaveTM : Web Analytics, Q4 2011" report, which were published in October 2011,
highlight the progress that the company has made as far as its products and services are concerned. The report also highlights the quality of the company’s
Customer Relations, with AT Internet receiving the best score for quality of references.

Since its foundation in 1996, AT Internet has received numerous awards and has been recognized as a technology leader.
- 1997 : Special Jury Prize at the Creation and Innovation Trophies.
- 1998 : Two sites created by AT Internet, "Hit-Parade" and "Douce France", are ranked by Microsoft to belong to the world's best sites. They also benefit from a special placement by the Microsoft Channel.
- 1999 : AT Internet is the Aquitaine winner of the Electrophées, a competition organised by the Ministry of Finance and Industry, following the Lorentz report on electronic commerce
- 1999 : XiTi® is awarded the FCPI innovation label by the ANVAR, the French national agency for the valorization of research, which testifies both the innovative nature and sound financial health of AT Internet.
- 2006 : AT Internet is granted "Gazelle 2005" by the French government, recognizing its high performance as an SME.
- 2008 : AT Internet is awarded the Aquitaine of the Year by the Banque Populaire du Sud-Ouest and the newspaper Sud-Ouest, for being the most innovative company of Aquitaine.
- 2009 : Platinum Distinction for European Seal of E-Excellence 2009 (Cebit Hannover) .
- 2010 : AT Internet has received the “Prix de la Performance” for the “Growth” category. The “Prix de la Performance” is an award which is organised in the Aquitaine region by the daily newspaper “Les Echos” and the Air France/American Express corporate card. The prize was awarded to AT Internet for its exceptional performance and continued growth in its market sector.
